On Thursday night, the Madness, after a few days to catch its breath, resumed with Sweet Sixteen action. The Zags stymied UCLA’s late comeback to keep their under-the-radar run going, Kansas State got “lucky” (at least according to Tom Izzo) and FAU cemented their status as this year’s Cinderella, taking down Tennessee to advance to the Elite Eight. In fact, the only game of the night that didn’t have drama to burn was Arkansas-UConn, which saw the Huskies run out 23-point winners. Thankfully, however, there was another source of entertainment at T-Mobile Arena as the game turned into a blowout:

March Madness? The Hogs? Vegas? There’s no way Daly, a die-hard Razorbacks fan who was spotted playing the slots after his opening round at Southern Hills last year, was missing this party. He would have jogged there like Forrest Gump if he had to. Unfortunately the major champ’s mojo wasn’t enough to lift Arkansas to the Elite Eight, but look on the bright side:
