Ramadan is the perfect month to unwind with friends and family around iftar to break your fasting day, and, as usual, Dubai’s restaurants will be putting on various daily iftars this year with something to suit every taste and budget. 

Here is a list of the best iftar places to try in Dubai:


Fans of Mediterranean cuisine can head to Zaytuna at TIME Asma Hotel in Al Barsha. You can feast on an array of fresh seafood dishes for just AED 75 per person.

Atelier M

Atelier M, located at the heart of Dubai Marina, offers a set three-course menu that includes one choice of starter, main dish, and dessert from the Mediterranean cuisine for AED 149 per person. Available from 6 pm until midnight. 

CÉ LA VI Dubai

Located at Address Sky View Hotel, Downtown Dubai, CÉ LA VI Dubai offers a three-course iftar menu featuring traditional dishes with a mix of contemporary Asian cuisine such as braised beef cheek or vegetable fried rice. Available from sunset to 9:00 pm for AED 150 per person. 


For AED 179 per person, Hatta, at Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel, offers lamb ouzi, seafood harra and chicken topkapi, along with an array of mezze platters for Ramadan iftar. Available from sunset until 8:00 pm.


Located at Media City, Sheikh Zayed Road, Bytes offers you an iftar buffet with Middle Eastern dishes for AED 179 per person. You can tuck into plates from prime rib to lamb ouzi and mezze. Available from sunset until 10:00 pm. 


For AED 179 per person, Sufra at the Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights, Bur Dubai offers you an experience of traditional Arabic hospitality this iftar and will serve you food directly from live stations and a dessert corner. Its iftar menu this Ramadan includes lamb tagine, maklouba, fish sayadieh, dawood basha, and more.


Feel the spirit of togetherness this Ramadan as you enjoy a delectable Iftar buffet inclusive of a selection of refreshing beverages at Timo for AED 190 per person. This iftar in Al Jaddaf Rotana Suite Hotel, includes vine leaves, shanklish salad, smoked salmon, lobster thermidor, and beef stroganoff. Available from sunset until 9:00 pm. 

Allo Beirut

As the name suggests, Allo Beirut at City Walk, JBR, offers a dine-in menu for iftar featuring Lebanese flavours, from the classic lentil soup to shish tawouk, in addition to awameh, maakaroun, maamoul, and sfouf desserts. Available from 6:30-8:00 pm for AED 220 for two.

Carna by Dario Cecchini

Carna by Dario Cecchini at SLS Dubai Hotel, Business Bay, serves sharing-style Italian and Middle-Eastern-inspired food such as roasted lamb in the main dish and mango chilli kunafa and date fondant as desserts for AED 225 per person.


For AED 265 per person, Netsu, at Mandarin Oriental Jumeira Hotel, serves a Japanese three-course menu during Ramadan, including tuna tataki, wagyu beef cuts, maki rolls and spicy hot stone rice, followed by a cinnamon crème brulée dessert. Available only from 6:30 to 7:30 pm.
