Bilateral cooperation at heart of Ammar/Ethiopia’s Mekonnen Hassan talk

(TAP) – Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad Nabil Ammar on Thursday had a talk with Ethiopia’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Affairs Minister Demeke Mekonnen Hassan, on the fringes of his participation in the 42nd Ordinary Session of the Executive Council of the African Union (AU), held February 15-16 in Addis Ababa.

The two ministers agreed on the occasion, “to carry on political consultations and exchange visits between both countries’ senior officials, invest in cooperation opportunities and speed up the organisation of the joint commission,” reads a FM press release.

The meeting further turned on “the long-standing relations between both countries and ways to further foster them.”
